How about we ride while this loads?

My life and passion lies in the mountains, in riding it’s trails, respecting the environment and, most importantly, helping others get just as much enjoyment from them as I do.

This sometimes is easier said than done. Mountain biking is a sport that requires skill, knowledge and a degree of fitness in order to get the most out of it.

Throughout my career racing at the highest level, helping build trails and mark race routes and as a coach, I’ve garnered a great deal of experience that’ll help you ride your best.

And that’s not me boasting. Time and care need to be added to practice when improving your form on the mountain bike, whether it be to race harder, recover faster, be more skillful or simply to enjoy all mountain biking has to offer while riding within your limits.

I’m a Level 2 UCI coach, an ex-pro racer, an ex-bike shop owner, a lover of two wheels and drinker of a beer or two to bring a great day in the mountains to perfect close.

Here’s a brief look at the timeline of my career.

I started the Epic Bike Shop with my wife, Aylex, we started our own race team. My influence had lead her to started riding more seriously, and in the process she dominated Womans XC in her age category. She even dominated ladies 10 years younger than her!
